You will support the manager with daily reports, ensure proper storage, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.

The role involves serving meals as per schedules, using kitchen equipment safely, and collaborating with the team to deliver quality service while adhering to uniform and safety policies.

Formación

• Food service experience or certificate as needed.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and serve accordingly.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of a variety of food items and beverages.
• Add garnishments to enhance customer happiness and eye appeal.
• Coordinate major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Follow procedures for cleanliness and safe environment; duties include cleaning.
• Support daily operations and assist with other areas in the kitchen.
