Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.

• Prior food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and serve accordingly.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Follow uniform policy and safety procedures at all times.
