Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist the manager with food preparation, maintain sanitation and records, and support daily reports. This on-site role requires adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will collaborate with the team to ensure meals meet quality, temperature, and portion guidelines, manage equipment safely, and keep the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Able to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of a variety of food items, beverages, and snacks.
• Add garnishments to ensure customer happiness and eye appeal.
