Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to support meal preparation and daily reporting in a high-standard kitchen environment. You will help with food production, sanitation, and adherence to safety practices to ensure quality meals for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, maintaining storage, and following the manager’s daily menu plan while upholding uniform policies and procedural cleanliness across all kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Food service efficiency and accuracy in meal prep.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Commitment to sanitation, safety, and uniform policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Follow established procedures for cleanliness and sanitation.
