Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Prep Cook to join the Culinary team across multiple units. You will prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory while complying with sanitation guidelines.

Candidates should be flexible with hours, have kitchen experience or training, and be a team player committed to delivering warm, welcoming guest experiences in line with 452 Hospitality.

Previous Experience

• Food handling license preferred


• Previous experience in a kitchen, culinary education, or equivalent training.

Compensation and Benefits

Colorado: Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).
