Responsibilities

• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal; ensure proper serving.
• Maintain storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Follow established procedures for cleanliness and safety; include ware washing and floor chores.
