Job summary

Haffner's is hiring a Food Service Manager in Training to lead store operations where fast growth and customer service excellence matter. You will support a team, ensure clean, inviting environments, and learn the essentials of management within our expanding New England network.

Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and company-sponsored training. We value integrity, safety, and teamwork across our 72 gas stations and food service locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or requests promptly.
• Report customer feedback and actions to the District Manager.
• Provide a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly atmosphere.
• Supervise employees.
• Train new employees per company guidelines.
• Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store standards.
• Assist employees with daily shift duties.
• Direct emphasis on food safety for staff.
