Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service management (preferred).
• Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification.
• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET customer service expectations by modeling behaviours, coaching Team Members, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience.
• Lead by example to keep the store and food service operation running smoothly.
• Team development through training, mentoring, and supervision of team members.
• Facility maintenance to ensure safe food preparation and clean self-serve options.
• Coordinate inspections with Store Director and third-party inspectors to maintain operational excellence.
