Job summary

Taher Incorporated in Logan, AL is seeking an energetic Food Service Director to lead a K-12 lunch program. You will manage client relationships, budgets, and P&L while training kitchen staff to meet production schedules and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role with an associate degree in hospitality/dietetics preferred
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as required
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Must have Serv/Safe certification
• Previous experience managing food and labor costs
• Experience managing a staff
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office and other platforms
• Catering experience, a plus
• Successfully pass a criminal background check

Your culinary knowledge helps your hands‑on management and training of your kitchen staff to ensure production schedules are met.
