• Schedule associates to meet business demands and ensure coverage
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers

• Follow all relevant laws and regulations governing the department
• Maintain inventory levels and control losses within company guidelines
• Ensure proper uniform and professional conduct of associates
• Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner
• Conduct inventories as directed by management
• Maintain clean and compliant food service areas and equipment
• Promote safety practices and proper use of equipment
