Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation for the day and dating items.
• Set up and break down cooking stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes.
• Ensure accurate portions for serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples for quality checks before serving.
• Notify management of items not meeting quality standards.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and collect feedback on service quality.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitation practices.
• Safely dispose of waste from the service line.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Report safety hazards to management.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor weekly/monthly.
• Lead the line and coordinate with utility staff for sanitation if needed.
