Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction, and training to food service personnel; assigns job duties and oversees the completion of assigned tasks.
• Provides on-site, immediate resolution of customer service needs and directs operation in supervisor's absence.
• Manages change fund, cash reports, deposits, and bank deposits; maintains proper cash balance.
• Operates cash registers and POS systems; opens/closes registers.
• Ensures location opens/closes daily and safety of facilities; familiar with POS and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Eatec Inventory system, transfers, requisitions, and inventory.
• Assists in work schedules and resolves scheduling problems; may assign breaks.
• Provides supervisory feedback to assess staff performance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
