Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and ensure proper serving.
• Store food in a sanitary manner and maintain cleanliness.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and maintain organization.
• Prepare a variety of items and beverages in a timely manner.
• Add garnishments to enhance presentation and appeal.
• Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Follow sanitation and food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Coordinate with the Manager to plan daily menus.
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and storage.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
