Job summary

Unidine's Naples, FL location seeks a Food Service General Manager to lead a luxury dining operation within a premier senior living community. The GM will drive guest experiences, align culinary concepts with elevated service standards, and partner with the regional leadership to deliver exceptional results.

The role requires strong P&L oversight, staff development, client relations, and the ability to create memorable menus in a high-touch, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and client; collaborates with others.
• Works with the Chef and management on menu creation and high-quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.

This is one of Unidines premier hospitality-driven senior living communities and a highly visible luxury dining operation within the organization. Job Summary

The General Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, holds duties related to day to day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
