Job summary

Allbridge Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Dietary Manager/Food Service Director to oversee the Dining Services department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, ensuring nutritious meals are prepared in a clean and sanitary environment.

The candidate should be knowledgeable about nursing home dietary regulations, preferably hold a CDM certification, and have prior supervisory and long-term care food service experience. Attendance and scheduling responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of Federal and State rules and regulations regarding nursing home dietary requirements.
• Graduate of a culinary or nutritional program preferred.
• Prior food service experience in a long-term care setting, preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferred.
• Must be CDM certified.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
• Must have experience in ordering and scheduling.

• Manage kitchen by planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the Dining Services department.
