Job summary

New Vista Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Food Services Director with a valid CDM certification to lead our dietary program in a 340-bed long-term care facility. This full-time role requires knowledge of nursing home regulations and the ability to manage a kitchen and dining services staff.

New Vista Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for an experienced Food Services Director with a valid CDM certification, 3-5 years experience preferred, and knowledgeable with nursing home regulations. Willing to negotiate salary, health/dental benefits for a Full Time employee.Long Term Care facility, 340 beds.

Managed staff of 30+ employees which include cooks, aids and supervisors

Knowledge of Meal Ticket software

Familiar with LTC state and city health department regulations

Ability to work independent, flexible hours/days including weekends.
