You’ll join a long-standing Bojangles franchise with a history of southern hospitality and strong teamwork. As a Crew Member you’ll deliver friendly service, handle the register, prepare food items, keep the dining area welcoming, and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Individuals 16 years or older passionate about food service
• Organized, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about providing quality service
• Reliable and ready to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly smile
• Handle cash register operations and manage orders efficiently
• Prepare delicious food items including biscuits, grill, and drive-thru orders
• Keep the dining area welcoming for guests
