Compass Group USA's Fresh & Ready division in Middletown, PA is hiring a FOOD SERVICE COMMISSARY (LINE OPERATOR) for a full-time role. The position supports food preparation, assembly and serving in a temperature-controlled kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include keeping service stations clean, following recipes and portion controls, and assisting cooks. The role offers a starting pay of $18.00–$18.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOOD SERVICE COMMISSARY (LINE OPERATOR) position.
• Location: Fresh & Ready - 3201 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA 17057. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food manufacturing experience required.
• Pay Range: $18.00per hour to$18.50per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents and serves food.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves food and maintains points of service and beverage stations for product and cleanliness.
• Preps fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standardportion control.
• Prepares and serves branded products according to brand specification following specified recipes and portioncontrol.
• Assembles products to service, including front-line finish product cooking.
• Assists cook and senior food-service worker.
• Operates induction burners, ovens, grills, fryers, mechanical cutting equipment, mixers and other manual kitchenutensils.
• Completes food production records.
• Prepares items on the grill, in the pizza oven and exhibition style.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly cleaning.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner, resolving concerns when necessary.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, and inventory and cash-controlprocedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
