Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Service Manager with daily department operations.
• Prepare products per recipes and company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe food service area.
• Ensure proper temperatures and product rotation in display cases.
• Follow QA and sanitation standards and company policies.
• Engage in suggestive selling and promote current promotions.
• Adhere to all safety, attendance, and training requirements.
