Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report verifying transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Care for kitchen equipment and knives.
• Prepare a variety of food items, beverages, and more.
• Add garnishments to enhance customer appeal.
• Coordinate and assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Follow uniform policy and daily menu instructions.
• Communicate with the Manager to prepare the day’s menu.
• Supervise food temperature requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work/storage area.
• Scrub and sanitize counters and steam tables.
