Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and support daily reports. The role emphasizes high standards in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, inventory, and following hygiene standards to ensure quality service. The position requires readiness to work under pressure, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with management to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen.
