Aramark in New York is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist the manager with food preparation, maintain meal records, and support daily reports. You will help uphold high standards of quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ability to read and follow instructions, work quickly under pressure, and comply with food safety rules. Training is provided; benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, and paid time off, with location-specific

Qualifications

Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
Understand and apply food safety, sanitation and kitchen safety practices.

Responsabilités

Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
Store food safely and maintain sanitation in all work areas.
Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
Use and care of kitchen equipment including knives.
Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers and cooking/serving equipment.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
Coordinate with the Manager to prepare daily menus.
