Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, NE is seeking a Food Service Associate to help prepare nutritious meals for youth. On-call availability 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You will apply knowledge of federal sanitation regulations, operate dish machines, ovens, steamers, slicers, freezers and refrigeration, and communicate professionally while multi-tasking.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Federal Sanitation regulations for facilities, equipment, and utensils.
  • Experience operating dish machines, ovens, steamers, slicers, freezers and refrigeration.
  • Professional communication and ability to multi-task while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sanitary standards in compliance with regulations and support meal prep operations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while coordinating with team.
