Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food at assigned stations.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays to and from work stations safely.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following service steps.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
