Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. regularly.

• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Assist the Food Service Manager in daily operations of the Food Service department.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing department.
• Prepare products (salads, sandwiches, entrees, etc.) according to recipes and standards.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures.
• Ensure signage and displays are up to date and accurate.
