Domino's Franchise is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager at our Normandy, MO location. You will oversee daily store operations, guide shifts, and ensure top customer service while supervising staff.

You will handle cash, enforce food safety standards, and assist in inventory and promotions with the Store Manager. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in food service.
• Strong customer service with professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• High school diploma preferred; food safety certification preferred.
