Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Food Service Assistant Manager to maximize Food Service sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain quality and safety standards across our retail operations in Massachusetts. You will lead the Food Service team in Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery and Beverage areas, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification is a plus.
• Experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service.
• Proven customer service experience with problem-solving.
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge.
• Computer literate.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of Food Service Areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, Beverage) including self-service, full-service and drive-up.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts; maintain inventory levels for goods, supplies, utensils and cleaning products.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Enforce all company procedures and protocols.
• Provide the best customer experience; greet customers with a smile and promote specials.
• Promote specials and suggest purchases to customers.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; uphold Nouria's safety policies and environment.
• Report and investigate workplace accidents, injuries, or illnesses.
• Maintain and monitor store environment for safety and appearance.
