Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a courteous Food & Beverage server to greet guests, take and process orders using a computerized guest check system, and deliver prepared items from the kitchen to tables. You will maintain dining room cleanliness and present checks, handling payments with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of dining service standards and POS systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses/certifications.

• Carry and balance trays and/or push carts of food and beverages throughkitchen and dining room (approximately 20 to 30 pounds).
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the dining room.
• Present check to guest.
• Collects payment and/or deliver to cashier.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of food specialty or cuisine and service standards inspecific room strongly preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds. Mustbe able to communicate in English.
• Utilize computer system for placing food and beverage orders andprocessing payments.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
