Job summary

The Forum is a senior living community seeking a diligent Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. This role performs full-scope serving duties, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for residents and guests.

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with weekend shifts. The position pays hourly and includes benefits and a supportive, mission-driven workplace focused on resident care and team growth.

Qualifications

• High school sophomore year minimum.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Employment Type: Part Time and Full Time- Must be available to work on the weekends.

Hourly Wage: $22.18- $ 26.56
