Job summary

Fisher Island Club on Florida's exclusive Fisher Island invites an attentive Server to deliver high-end food and beverage service. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely, accurate service in a refined setting.

Qualifications

To provide food and beverage to guests in a professional, polite and timely manner.

• Setup and breakdown station as assigned.
• Serve food and beverage as needed.
• Maintain service station and equipment.
• Maintain all forms, report, checks and vouchers as required.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Assist in training new employees as required.
• Communicate with guests and other employees to ensure a smooth operation.
