Job summary

Resorts World New York City is seeking a Food Server to deliver outstanding guest experiences by taking food and beverage orders, providing wine service, and keeping tables clean and well stocked according to outlet standards. You will work with a professional team, comply with department rules, and maintain knowledge of menu items while upholding health codes.

The role requires 18+ years old, one year of related culinary work, and an ABC license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.

• Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Provide outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
• Present a neat and clean appearance at all times.

Job Responsibilities

Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.

Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:

Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.

Pay Transparency: $17.02 - $22.69
