Key Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of enzyme products and their food processing applications.
• Create and manage marketing content for websites, LinkedIn, email, and digital channels.
• Partner with Technical Service and Sales teams to communicate technical product information.
• Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs and support related marketing initiatives.
• Follow GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in communications, food science, food processing, food additives or a related field.
• Strong understanding of enzymes and their use in food processing. Also knowledge of food processing or food additives (Plus)
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information.
