Vaughn & BCI is hiring a Food Sanitation Specialist to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining facility at Warner Robins Air Force Base. Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass background check for military base access.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing stations, dining areas, restrooms, and storage rooms.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical usage.
• Remove trash and recycling, and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
• Assist in cleaning floors, walls, and other surfaces throughout the kitchen and facility.
• Monitor sanitation supply inventory and alert supervisor when items need to be restocked.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Comply with HACCP, food safety, and health department regulations.
• Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operation of the dining facility.
