Job summary

CSL USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist – Food Safety and Quality Systems in Franksville, Wisconsin to help shape and maintain the systems that ensure the safety and quality of probiotic cultures, food ingredients, and dietary supplements.

You will lead Food Safety and Quality programs, collaborate across CSL USA and Sacco System teams, prepare technical documentation, and support audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or another relevant scientific discipline.
• Progressive experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of GMPs and quality systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and regulatory communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with Production, Quality Control, Sales & Customer Service, and Operations to improve quality systems and service.
• Collaborate with Sacco System colleagues to share best practices and drive quality initiatives.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits and contract manufacturer audits.
• Develop and deliver GMP, GDP, Food Safety training programs.
