Responsibilities

• Collect product, environmental, and process samples and perform laboratory analyses to support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Conduct equipment calibrations, verification activities, and routine monitoring to ensure accurate test results and adherence to established procedures.
• Complete documentation and maintain records using computer systems and manual processes while accurately reporting findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with production, sanitation, and food safety teams to identify concerns, communicate results, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced production environment with PPE compliance and safety awareness.
