Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is offering a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Internship with a sanitation emphasis for Summer 2027. This internship is non-exempt and paid at $20.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday day shift.

Interns may work on-site or in a hybrid environment, gaining hands-on experience within a major dairy cooperative. Applicants should be enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field, possess strong communication skills, and be highly organized.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Foremost plant locations, up to 75% per week.
• Available to work from early June 2027 through early to mid-August 2027.
• Based near our Middleton, WI headquarters or Foremost plant location.

Responsibilities

• Trialing and evaluation of a new sanitizer.
• Additional responsibilities and projects will be determined closer to the start of the internship based on business needs.
