Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Strong technical knowledge of food safety is preferred.
• ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure safety.
• Partner with clients to address discrepancies and develop action plans.
• Teach and coach clients for workplace safety improvements.
