Dave & Buster’s in Fayetteville, NC is looking for a Food Runner to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing dining experience. You will help with refills, pre-bussing, table turns, and keeping dining areas clean, while greeting guests and taking drink orders.

This role emphasizes safety, sanitation, teamwork, and delivering fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting, with opportunities for career growth and training.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, our Food Runners support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Food Runner, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

What will you be doing daily?
