Chili's in Tomball, TX is seeking friendly Food Runners to help create an exceptional guest experience. You’ll connect with Guests and Team Members, sharing your passion for beverages, food, and people, while growing your career toward serving.

Responsibilities include providing hospitable service, anticipating needs, bussing tables, and partnering with teammates to ensure satisfaction. Availability on weekends, weekdays, and holidays is helpful, and a positive, fast-paced attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, ect.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
