Job summary

Chili's in Danbury is seeking Food Runners to help deliver exceptional hospitality and fast, friendly service. You will support the dining team by engaging Guests, maintaining a clean, inviting space, and coordinating with colleagues to meet guest needs.

This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth in a casual, team-oriented environment. Prior restaurant experience is a plus as you learn to advance toward a server role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing glassware and debris.
• Partner with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
