Job summary

Chili's in Simsbury, CT is seeking a Food Runner to support Guests and Team Members with warmth and hospitality. You’ll help deliver beverages and food and grow toward a server role in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

We value a great attitude, quick thinking, and a customized guest experience. Prior restaurant experience is a plus and weekend availability is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, ect.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
