Zuma - Vail is seeking a Food Runner/Server Support to ensure smooth dining operations by assisting servers and enhancing guest experience. Must have restaurant experience. You will deliver food, refill water, and help coordinate service with kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Previous experience as a Runner or Busser in a high-end restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging table settings, refilling water glasses, and removing used dishes and utensils
• Provide timely and attentive support to servers during service periods, including delivering food and beverage orders to tables, checking on guest satisfaction, and addressing guest requests or concerns
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timing of food and beverage service, ensuring orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors
• Monitor and replenish supplies, such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages, to ensure servers have everything they need
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to relay guest feedback and special requests to support service success
