Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
• Verify order details, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards before delivery.
• Assist servers by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and refilling water as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional interaction with guests at all times.

What this role is all about

The Food Runner supports the front-of-house team by promptly delivering food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring orders are accurate, fresh, and presented properly.
