Job summary

The Camby, Autograph Collection in Phoenix seeks a Food Runner & In-Room Dining Server to deliver food to tables and rooms with energy and enthusiasm. You will work closely with our culinary and service teams to ensure memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Join Yellowbell inside The Camby and contribute to elevating in-room dining and front-of-house service. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Food & In-Room Delivery: Ensure prompt, accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to restaurant tables and guest rooms.
• Room Service Setup & Presentation: Prepare and present room service trays and rolling carts with proper settings.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with kitchen, servers, and staff for seamless service.
• Exceptional Guest Experience: Greet guests professionally and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols in service areas.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Restock service stations and maintain inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food & In-Room Delivery: Ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders to restaurant tables as well as directly to guest rooms.

• Room Service Setup & Presentation: Prepare and assemble room service trays and rolling carts, ensuring elegant presentation, proper heating/cooling equipment, and correct place settings.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the kitchen, restaurant servers, and other staff to ensure seamless food service through clear communication and teamwork.

• Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests professionally, providing courteous in‑room setup, and promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests.

• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all food service areas, room service staging areas, and kitchen lines while strictly following safety protocols.

• Inventory & Maintenance: Assist in restocking service stations, room service supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
