Job summary

Kohler Hospitality is seeking a casual part-time server in Kohler, WI, onsite. You will deliver food from the kitchen to tables, liaise between Front of the House and Back of the House, and ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Kohler, WI

Specific Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
• Serve welcome drinks and hors d’oeuvres, upon guests’ arrival
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards
• Double check the order before it goes to a customer
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct customer
• Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends with shifts ranging from 11:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $10.70 - $16.00 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
