Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time AM Food Runner at Texas Spice for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa. The Food Runner is dedicated to providing quality service that exceeds guest expectations, supporting servers, adhering to safety regulations, and assisting guests with their needs.

Responsibilities

1. Bring food from the kitchen to tables to support servers.
2. Assist servers during meal periods.
3. Maintain knowledge of all menu items.
4. Greet guests warmly and friendly.
5. Assist in pre-busing plates.
6. Support servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Inquire if guests need additional service upon delivery and inform the server or manager.
8. Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
2. Strong communication skills required.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to multitask effectively.
5. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
6. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10 lbs without assistance.
7. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Food Handlers and ServSafe Alcohol Certifications required.
