Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time AM Food Runner at Texas Spice, located at the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa. The Food Runner's role is to provide quality service that exceeds guest and member expectations, support servers, and ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards and safety regulations, while gaining the knowledge to assist guests effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Bring food from the kitchen to tables to support servers.
2. Assist servers during meal periods.
3. Have knowledge of all menu items.
4. Greet guests warmly and courteously.
5. Assist in pre-busing plates.
6. Support servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Inquire if guests need additional service and inform the server or manager.
8. Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to multitask.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 10 lbs without assistance.
