Job summary

SaddleBrooke Two is seeking a Food Runner to help facilitate guest food orders and ensure guests are satisfied with their meals. The Food Runner is responsible for maintaining appearance and food quality before leaving the kitchen, verifying that orders are correct and complete, and transporting meals from the kitchen to the appropriate tables and guest positions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card required.
• Demonstrate speed and efficiency in performing assigned tasks.
• Must be able to follow directions easily and work accurately.
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Physical ability and stamina to carry trays weighing up to 35 lbs. and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Taking out food in a timely manner and correctly reading tickets and numbers to give out food.
• Taking directions from supervisory/lead staff to promptly get food to the correct ticket.
• Cleaning area around you throughout the shift. Restocking low stock items, putting away food.
