Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring to support bartenders and servers by running food from the kitchen to Guests and by providing essential service support. The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility for days, nights, and weekends.

Ideal candidates are team players who communicate clearly with Guests and colleagues. Prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not mandatory, and equal opportunity employment applies.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members.
• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Bartenders and Servers by running food from the kitchen out to our Guests.
• Provide the necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service.
• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and takes corrective action.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and/or close.
• Ensure food is properly garnished prior to running out to Guests.
• Deliver food to tables and ensure Guests have everything they need.
• Assist Guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages.
• Help other Team members as needed; work days, nights and weekends as required.
