Job summary

BigShots Golf in Fort Worth is seeking a Food Runner to deliver food orders to guest tables promptly and professionally, expedite kitchen tickets, and ensure accuracy and presentation per brand standards. Maintain a clean expo line, communicate with line cooks, servers, hosts, and management about out-of-stock items, ticket times, and allergies, while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guest tables promptly and professionally.
• Expedite food orders from the kitchen by organizing and prioritizing dishes according to ticket times and table numbers.
• Ensure accuracy of all orders before leaving the kitchen, including garnishments, sides, and presentation per brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked expo line throughout service.
• Communicate clearly with line cooks, servers, hosts, and management regarding out-of-stock (86’d) items, ticket times, special orders, allergy alerts, and modifications to maintain smooth service.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency on the line and in the dining room as needed.
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Report to scheduled shifts on time and in uniform per company policy.
• Know and comply with all company policies and procedures related to this position.
